Family class is for ages seven to adult and all ranks. This class focuses on techniques, drills, combinations, and sparring. Family class is for beginner, intermediate, and advanced belts. Families are encouraged to attend this class together as it is available to all ranks.

Mighty Mites is for children aged 4-6 years old. Children work on body/spatial awareness, gross motor skills, and learning left and right while using TaeKwonDo kicks, strikes, and forms. This class emphasizes "stranger danger" and "bully busting". The Mighty Mites class is a building block for children interested in learning martial arts who are not quite ready to pay attention for a full hour in class.

Beginners class is for ages seven to adult from white belt through green belt (beginner ranks). This class focuses on the building blocks of Taekwondo and introduces kicks, hand techniques, forms, and sparring. Students begin learning basic self defense techniques on the first day and continue to build upon those techniques as they progress through the ranks.

Advanced class is for ages 7 through adult with a rank of green two (green with black stripe) or higher. In addition to advanced techniques, students focus on perfecting the basics as they prepare for their black belt. This class includes additional skills such as kickboxing, boxing, grappling, throws, takedowns, and break falls.

Muay Thai Kickboxing is for ages 7 to adult of all ranks. This class focuses on Muay Thai kickboxing including leg kicks, sweeps, elbows, knees, and close contact fighting. Training in this class can focus on either point competition or full contact in a controlled environment.

Red, Brown, and Black Belt class is for all ages with advanced rank. The class focuses on training for black belt testing for the red and brown belts. Black belts in this class may choose to focus on improving teaching or advancing in rank. The class moves fast and is intentionally challenging to help students move to the next level.

Demonstration Team practices on Saturdays after the red, brown, and black belt classes. The Demonstration Team practices include specific demonstration forms, combinations kicks, weapons, and children and women's self-defense. Piasa's demonstration team performs at schools, churches, and local festivals around the Riverbend. Students interested in joining the Demonstration Team should speak with Mr. Hatten.
